By signing, or submitting this entry form, I agree to hold harmless the directors, Premiere Swimwear Inc., Premiere Promotions Inc., and location of the "Little Miss & Mister Hawaiian Tropic Pageant" from liabilities due to accidents, theft, injury or death while participating in or traveling to or from pageant. Due to the nature of the event, no refunds will be given unless the entire pageant is cancelled. I hereby grant the right to use any photos or videos made during the pageant for promotional purposes inclusive of the contestants name. We reserve the right to split or combine age groups based on number of entries. I agree not to dispute any charges and understand there will be no refunds for any reason unless the entire pageant is cancelled. I also understand all judge's decisions are final.
